Membership Plans

All "Monthly" memberships auto-renew, but there are no contracts or cancellation fees. Simply cancel before your next billing date to avoid renewal — access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Because memberships remain active until cancelled, we are unable to issue refunds for forgotten or unused memberships.

All "6 Month" and "Annual" plans auto renew. Simply cancel in your last month if you wish to discontinue; your facility access will remain until the end of your current plan. If you need assistance, please reach out and we will be happy to help on our end.

If payment fails, members are expected to update their billing information promptly. Accounts more than 7 days past due will automatically have access restricted until brought current. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 30 days may be canceled for non-payment. Memberships cancelled for nonpayment may be subject to reactivation fees equal to their unpaid balance and/or loss of discounted pricing options.

Due to issues with non-payment, we have updated our late-fee policies, which apply to all new memberships added beyond 5/2/2026: 

Accounts more than 14 days past due may incur a late fee of $1/day, up to $16.
