On-Site Childcare

Our hope is that your children enjoy their time at our facility, and that you feel safe entrusting them to us.
We hope that their excitement encourages you to come in and work out, even on those days you lack motivation.
​​Our dedicated childcare staff is background-checked, certified in first aid, CPR/BLS, and up-to-date on safe sleep guidelines, ensuring your peace of mind as you work on your fitness goals. ​
You can rest easy knowing our staff won't change or feed your child – we prioritize safety and consistency. Simply grab a pager at drop-off, and we'll reach out to you if needed.
The childcare room is under 24/7 video surveillance.
All drop off's/pick up's will be closely monitored and tracked through our membership portal.
Play Room Event Rental
To ensure safety and compliance with local fire and occupancy codes, the maximum number of people allowed in the childcare room will depend on the type of event or use. Please refer to the following occupancy limits when planning your rental:

Exercise/Fitness Use: Maximum 7 people
Childcare Use: Maximum 11 people
Party or Meeting: Maximum 19 people
Classroom or Learning Use: Maximum 20 people

These limits include both adults and children. Exceeding the listed capacities may result in immediate cancellation of the rental and future rental restrictions. If you’re unsure how your event fits into one of these categories, please reach out for clarification before booking.
